Group Warm Up
1:40 – 2:10
Join in on the fun and discovery of AcroYoga! Learn the techniques that make this addictive practice approachable and safe for all ages and fitness levels. A typical class will consist of a warm-up, demonstrations of static poses and the transitions between them, and practice time to try out what we’ve learned, all in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. Best of all, Acro is an exciting way to stay in shape and improve flexibility. And without even realizing that you’re getting a workout!
No experience or partner required!
2:15 – 2:45
Yoga/ Fitness suspended in the air on Circus Silks set up as hammocks. This is a class for every level, especially beginners. The Silks have you totally supported and enable you to perform poses that you might be unable to do on the floor on your own. Great for spinal decompression, flexibility, and general conditioning.
Followed by a short break and a chance to try out some of the moves with teachers watching.
3:00 – 3:30
