Weight Training

When used correctly, resistance training including free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, pulleys and stacks), pull up bars and other gear can tone your body and target key muscle groups. Your Equilibrium Strength and Conditioning Coach will help you avoid injury by perfecting your posture and form before carefully increasing the weights.
